What should I do if there is a problem with my order?
If your order is incomplete or if you receive a product that you are not satisfied with, you can contact the resource responsible for customer service at mac@marcheac.com
What are my delivery options?
We currently only offer a pick-up service from different drop-off points. We are working to offer a carbon neutral delivery service soon! Until then, to collect your basket, you must go to one of our collection points .
Should I bring reusable bags?
Yes, you must have reusable bags in order to empty your basket on site. Baskets must be returned to the resource person at the pickup point.
