If a product does not meet your expectations, you can make a return at the time of pickup or delivery. No exchanges or returns will be accepted by mail or other delivery method.

An exchange or credit (of the value of the products at the time of purchase) is possible in the event of a defect. Please note that the request must be submitted within 2 days of collection or delivery of your order.
